Straight belt conveyor module
All components are reliable and hard-wearing, designed to move unit loads of up to 100 kg 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Standardised design throughout the conveyor range means that installation costs are kept to a minimum. Commonality of spares reduces down-time and maintenance costs.

The functional design is similar to that of Caljan CurveTrack; standard extruded aluminium profiles provide easy and fast inserts/extensions with minimal transfer points. Transfer areas can be reduced even further by fitting additional transfer devices.
A totally flat surface, with no sharp egdes, reduces
the risk of the load becoming caught and
falling off or blocking the line – even on reversible
belts.

Designed for maximum up-time and longevity
Every component in the conveyor module has been selected with a view to longevity. All parts, except the gear, are lifetime lubricated. Should the belt need changing, this can be done simply and quickly without removing the bearings – no danger of dropping them when working at height.
The conveyor profiles are made of aluminium. Cross-members, fitted between the profiles at regular intervals provide stability. Safety covers at each corner, preventing the operator from coming into contact with the pulleys, are made of galvanized steel.
