Fitted directly under the nose of trailers not coupled to a tractor unit, Caljan Rite-Hite’s Trailer Stand gives additional support to the trailer, so that it is not reliant on rusted or faulty landing gear. The TS-2000 Trailer Stand prevents the trailer from tipping over or upending with the fork-lift truck and driver inside, creating a hazardous situation.
Landing gear collapse caused by rusted or faulty landing gear can be very costly for your company with injuries to employees, downtime, and damaged equipment and goods. With an overall retracted height of 1065 mm and an overall extended height of 1400 mm, Caljan Rite-Hite's TS-2000 Trailer Stand is designed to fit most types of trailers that may come into your loading docks. The static load capacity is approx. 450 kN.
Robust, heavy-duty support needs little maintenance
A single gear makes the TS-2000 Trailer Stand virtually maintenance free. Dual positioning handles and two solid rubber tyres, with a diameter of 405 mm, make it easy to maneuver the trailer stand positioning the large 760 x 150 mm heavy-duty top plate directly under the edge of the trailer nose for solid support. The 405 x 510 mm plate at the base of the TS2000 Trailer Stand provides solid support for all types of trailers. The base plate comes complete with four drain holes to help prevent water collection and ice build-up.
