Caljan BeltTrack, type P
One or two operators can stand on the ManRider Platform fitted to the end of a Caljan BeltTrack telescopic conveyor. This enables the operator(s) to move with the belt conveyor as it is raised or lowered, extended or retracted. Movement is controlled by the operator, using a joystick placed within easy reach at the head of the conveyor.

Extending up to 15.5 metres inside the container or truck, a Caljan BeltTrack telescopic boom conveyor enables the operator(s) to unload or load the goods ergonomically and safely.

Safety
Caljan ManRider Platform is type approved by Notified Body 0296 in accordance iwth Machine Directive 98/37/EC annex IV.
Safety stops and anti-collision strips ensure that platform movement is restricted to the operating area, preventing the operator from hitting the sides of the trailer
A portal light can be fitted to the head of the conveyor.
Service
A portal light can be fitted to the head of the conveyor. Supplied with the boom, or retrofitted, this light provides sufficient lighting for the operator standing on the platform.
