Caljan ParcelTrack Options
Caljan ParcelTrack can be adapted to your particular needs. Every machine sold is built to customer specification, which means that we don't make an expensive adaptation – we simply build to order.

Many options, e.g. belt module, can be sold separately and retrofitted.

Alarm system, mobility kit and belt module are available for Caljan ParcelTrack. Please contact us if you need something not specified.

Accoustic and visual alarms can be fitted on all Caljan Analysers
Alarm system
Accoustic and visual alarms can be fitted on all Analysers in our CAPtrack program to increase data security. The light and buzzer indicate that a parcel has NOT been registered. This may be due to a missing barcode or similar. When the alarm is activated the system stops to enable operator intervention.
Vaculex ParceLift helps the operator move items weighing up to 40 kg
Mobility Kit
With Vaculex ParceLift a suction cup helps the operator move items weighing up to 40 kg to and from the conveyor belt, so that undue exertion is avoided.
Costs relating to strain innuries and rehabilitation are saved, the work environment becomes more attractive and productivity actually increases.
Hydraulic elevation ensures that the operator can work in an ergonomic position
Belt Module
Powered by an hydraulic pump, the whole SAFEtrack conveyor can be elevated at an angle of up to 10° ensuring that the operator can work in an ergonomic position. The elevation movement is controlled by means of the joystick fitted on either the right or left side of the boom. The same joystick is used to control extension/retraction.
