Lektar Oy imports and sells technics, construction materials and nettings. The company was established in 1949. Annual turnover in year 2006 was 11.4 million EUR.

Sales of construction materials and nettings is generally handled through wholesalers, only the special industrial nets are sold directly to end-users. Automation components are sold to wood processing, paper, metal and food industries. Conveyor equipment is sold to OEMs and end-users. The main marketing field of the measuring equipment is the chemical- and oil-industry.

Lektar Oy and her subsidiaries have their own warehouse facilities just 10 kilometers from the centre of Helsinki, near the Ring 1 circular highway.
