Every employee at Caljan Rite-Hite has a WAIHF (What Am I Here For) rather than a job description. This detailed plan describes individual objectives, ensuring that all members of a particular department work in unison towards achieving the departments common objectives. Each department in turn works towards achieving the objectives outlined in the company's overall strategy.
