Quality is our most important competitive parameter and Caljan Rite-Hite will live up to the customers’ wishes and demands to our products. All employees are required to think quality into their work.
We attribute the quality notion great importance as an integrated part of the work processes in the entire organisation and we do our utmost to respect all relevant quality demands in a cost efficient way. The Quality Assurance is directed to doing the job “Right First Time” and is based on the individual employee’s responsibility for his/her own job. We want to reduce the number of errors thorough corrective actions in Caljan Rite-Hite and at suppliers. The quality of the suppliers’ components has to be tested and approved before entering a binding agreement. In order to obtain continuous improvements, evaluations are an ongoing process. In and outsourcing of products and service will be subject to the same demands as for own products and processes.
The management is responsible for a yearly evaluation of the quality goal and a quarterly review of the corrective actions and form basis for continuous improvements.
