In many instances investing in new equipment will give the best long-term return on investment. However, if you are working to a tight budget, refurbishing may be the best way to prolong the active lifetime of your equipment – without spending a lot of money.
Refurbishing and upgrading existing equipment can also be a viable solution e.g. if your boom conveyors fall short of current health & safety regulations.
Before quoting for the project, we inspect the equipment (the number will depend on the size of the project), so that we have a good idea of what parts must be replaced, what parts should be replaced and what parts will become worn in the future. Based on the inspection reports we can discuss the scope of the refurbishment program. The next stage is to plan the whole operation in detail, agreeing a schedule that disrupts your daily business as little as possible. Usually we will refurbish at your premises, boom conveyors can be removed and refurbished off-site. We can provide a temporary alternative in the place of the original, if required.
