Preventive, Reactive – which do I need?
Reactive maintenance is required when the equipment fails in-between maintenance intervals. So the short answer is that you need both. Most service providers can assist you to comply with the regulatory maintenance requirements if they understand the deliverables required, but only a small few have the capabilities of Caljan Rite-Hite to give you the support when you need it and not when you can get it.
